Part one of three
Part two of three
Part three of three
A short sequence of three videos of a speech given in English by Pablo Solon in Vancouver Canada in the run-up to the Conference in Cochabamba Bolivia where I shall be next week. Pablo is the Bolivian ambassador to the United Nations, though he looks more like a social sciences college professor from the 70′s in the video
In the videos he explains what happened in Copenhagen, what has been done since to pressurize the governments to accept the Copenhagen offer (The Dutch Draft as it was known, or what it is now commonly called the “Copenhagen Accord”) and why Bolivia is not just holding out but is holding a counter-conference to show that they are not alone.
